I am a life, career, and relationship coach.

I’ve always been a bit of an outlier.

Go to the beat of my own drum mostly.

Grew up on both sides of the track.

Descended from Taino Indian slaves, Spanish royalty, and mestizo roots.

Always fascinated by humanity.

Our existence. Our struggles. Our perseverance. Our triumphs.

All of which are subjective.

So what is standard?

What is normal?

Who should or gets to dictate that?

And why should we follow these guidelines?

Are we all really that alike or drastically individual?

Are we all connected?

Or do we float through life like satellites?

I set course as a child to try and understand for myself,

my existence, my struggles, my perseverance, my triumphs.

This journey is the seed from which Just Us Womxn was born.

I have degrees.

I have training.

And I’ve had a lot of incredible teachers along the way

…both “traditional” and not “traditional.”

Though this lens, I have supported individuals and teams in thriving as their best selves.

I have navigated the ending of a 19-year marriage through organic "conscious uncoupling."

Raised children who are becoming happy, compassionate and conscientious adults.

When I figured out that I was my only magic [fill in the blank], I began living my best life as my best self…most days.
